When Kedah-based property developer JKG Land made a presence in the Klang Valley with their first flagship project, The ERA @ Duta North, they needed an online digital strategy. The main objective of this project is to increase engagement on Facebook and improve lead generation.
We executed various digital marketing campaigns such as Facebook ads, Google ads (Display Network Ads), and Instagram ads to launch The ERA @ Duta North into the market. Besides that, we conducted a major online branding campaign using video marketing and CSR +Giveaways. This resulted in more than 5,000 leads and a strong Facebook fan base (more than 23,000 users).
