The World’s No.1 Ginseng Brand is a household name in Korea with over 120 years of history. However, they are new players in the Malaysian market. Entering the local market in 2018, many people were still unfamiliar with the brand. To boost their online presence, we executed online digital campaigns (Facebook ads & engagement contest, Instagram ads) to introduce their products to Malaysian consumers. We also worked closely with influencers to increase brand awareness with word of mouth marketing. Currently, there’s an increase of 366% Facebook followers with more than 5,000 data collected.
